Vodou Initiation & Initiators- Be Careful

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

Another busy day in the badji .. . . . .. . . .

Someone came in today. Her spiritual forces, abilities, had been tied up by her previous initiatior. As she learned the 21 Divisions and tried to continue to progress, she kept finding obstacle after obstacle.

Much worse, he didn’t even want to teach her the basics. When we discussed her initiation, it was obvious her initiator had basically ‘crossed up’ her forces and spiritual light.

So tonite, I will be working to restore her to full spiritual health. That way she may continue to grow and progress upon this beautiful path.

Please, dear reader, be careful in choosing who does your initiation. It is a decision that you will have to deal with for the rest of your life. . . .

Yesterdays Baron Service

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

Yesterday, I did my usual service to Baron and the Gedes. During the service, Baron made his appearance in the form that he often does. A strong wind.

The candles were lit. All the doors and windows to the altar room closed. The curtain down, the room was dark. The incense smoke billowed plentifully. I prayed and saluted all the Spirits of the cemetary.

During the prayer, I felt a strong wind coming in on my left side. It was very powerful. So powerful, in fact, that when I opened my eyes the candles had been blown out.

Well, today, I am booked solid. Readings back to back.

Money, Luck, Prosperity, Love and Blessings candles to be lit at noon.

And tonite, another full night of wangas, spiritual cleansings and lamp lightings. Whew. . . . .

More Voodoo

Hello fellow bloggers,

I hope all is well.

Last week was an extremely busy week, with Holy Week finally over, people were practically running each other over to get into the badji first. Tuesday, when the Badji opened, I had consultations from 8am- past 10pm . . . . . and all week it continued.

Saturday, we did a ceremony for St. Claire. It was a small but beautiful ceremony. This ceremony was a ceremony of payment and thanks. The individual who commisioned the ceremony was paying Metres Klemezin for fullfilling some promises and resolving the issues in her life.

Spiritually, there was alot of force! It was a very spiritually charged up ceremony and we had a beautiful time. We had many visits including . . . .

Danbala, LaSirene, Ezili Freda, Bosou, Ogou Chango, Ogou Feray, Sen Jak, Anaisa Pye, Metres Klemezin, of course . . . . . Danto, Papa Guede and more. . .

Wishing you a happy year,
Houngan Hector
